I have a 9 year old kid. How much time does it take to visit the science museum? How much is the ticket? Also which one is a must for kid- science, space, history or maritime museum? We have limited time so can visit only the selected ones.

Hong Kong Science Museum is free on Wednesdays, or about hkd20-30 on other days. Hong Kong Museum of History is free on all days, unless you want the special exhibition, then you may have to pay. These two museums are situated close to each other so it makes sense to visit them both in a day. I would suggest a minimum of 3 hours at each museum. Hong Kong Science Museum is the better place for kids for sure, even adults will learn a few things here.
Hi there. I've browsed to their official website, but couldn't find the info I need. Is there any canteen or snack booths around/inside the museum? If not, is it possible if we sneak in some light snack with us? Thanks.

Hi, We are looking to stay at Bophut early next year, and wondered what the options are for snorkelling nearby? Would we need to hire a boat or a car or both? Are their many different local sites? Thank you
