How did you book this? Their website doesn't have a link to book and when I contacted them via WhatsApp, the person (very helpful) gave me some random email address to pay by PayPal. The email doesn't match what's on their website. When I told him that, he told me I can go to the office the day prior. I find it weird that they have so many positive reviews yet have a sketchy/non existent booking system.

Hi! I am interested in the Cerro Negro, El Hoyo & Asosoca tour -- which online says "After volcano boarding, camp at the summit of El Hoyo, swim at the crater lagoon for the perfect ending", however, when I click on the tour, it doesn't mention the volcano boarding in what's included. Did anyone do this tour? Is it included? Or do you have to combine two different tours? Thanks so much!

Cerro Negro is just volcano boarding - that's all there is at Cerro Negro (boarding or running down the volcano). I think you'll have a wonderful time - they're a really great bunch of people !
