NASCAR race team owner Denny Hamlin remained undeterred in the wake of another setback in court, vowing "all will be exposed" in the scheduled December trial as part of 23XI Racing's federal suit against the auto racing series.

Denny Hamlin recently commented on the ongoing dispute with NASCAR, which in its latest legal proceeding has put the former's team, 23XI Racing, into open team quarters.

XI Racing is in a tough spot. The team owned by Denny Hamlin and NBA legend Michael Jordan is at risk of losing its cup charters alongwith Front Row Motorsports in a legal battle with NASCAR.

Eventual ruling could be "damaging to NASCAR’s efforts to seek relationships with new team owners that seek to enter the 2026 Cup Series.”

The Federal Court denied 23XI Racing's request for a preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order against NASCAR on Thursday evening (July 17).

NASCAR files response to 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports requesting this week to have charter status through the rest of the season after it expired.
