Disney has big plans for Hulu
The entertainment giant has no timeline for killing the streamer's app, even if it really wants you to watch via Disney+ instead.
With Disney+ and Hulu both increasing streaming prices on Oct. 21 — as they’ve done annually for the past two years — today is your last chance to lock in a lower rate.
Disney is staying “in” on Project Runway. The company has renewed Project Runway for a 22nd season overall and the second on Disney outlets Freeform, Hulu and Disney+. The new seasons is set to premiere in 2026, though an exact date hasn’t been set.
You can stream over 95 channels of live TV, or tune in to Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN.
The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ Bundle without ads, priced at $26.99/month, would cost you $48.97/month if you subscribed to all three services separately. Similarly, you’ll save even with the Disney+ and Hulu Bundle with ads ($10.99/month), which would be $19.98/month without a bundle discount.
The Hulu app is set to be shut down sometime in 2026, but original shows like “Paradise” will still be available on the integrated Disney+ and Hulu platform. Customers will also still be able to purchase a standalone Hulu subscription or a standalone Disney+ subscription if they aren’t interested in access to both streaming platforms’ libraries.
