Developer Pocketpair announced that Palworld had surpassed 32 million players within its first year of launch. The figure covers gamers across all platforms, including Steam, PS5, and Xbox.

It's been about a year since Pocketpair released it's outlandish combination of monster-catching, survival, and third-person shooter.

Palworld has now surpassed 32 million players a year after release, though lawsuits filed by Nintendo remain unresolved.

Palworld has seen more than 32 million players across all platforms since its early access launch in January 2024. Developer Pocketpair said its crafting and survival game, which was dubbed “Pokémon with guns” before its record-breaking release, hit the milestone across PC via Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation 5.

It's been a little bit over a year now since Palworld arrived in Early Access, with developer Pocketpair announcing how well it's done along with another patch out now.

Palworld's community manager thanked fans for their support and promised that the team will "continue to work hard to make Palworld year two even better!" There are a lot of updates coming to Palworld as part of its future roadmap, including co-op cross-play, new endgame content, new pals, and more.
