(Bloomberg) — Russia launched multiple drone and missile strikes on Ukraine as the latest peace attempts by U.S. President Donald Trump appeared to be floundering.
Trump’s decision to call off the summit came after US secretary of state Marco Rubio and Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov spoke by phone on Monday.
