Doug Martin, a former All-Pro running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has died in police custody, the Oakland, California, Police Department confirmed. He was 36. Police announced Saturday in a news release on Facebook that an in-custody death occurred just after 4:15 a.m.
