AMHERST, Mass. (WWLP) – Blarney blowout, the unsanctioned St. Patrick’s Day party held by UMass Amherst students, took place this weekend. This year, there were 29 arrests and 23 medical transports as a result of the gathering. This is compared to 18 arrests and 21 medical calls last year.
