NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Tennessee DUI laws are changing in the New Year. There are several new laws going into effect on January 1 regarding various issues, including driving under the influence.

Rep. Andy Fugate proposed a bill that he says would fix an oversight in the state's DUI law, which, in its current form, impacts marijuana users.
