The mayor of a tiny town in south Georgia and his wife have been arrested on child molestation charges. Joseph Kelly, 38, of Climax, Georgia and his wife, Natalie Grubbs, 44, were arrested Saturday.

DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - On December 8, 1823, South Georgia’s Decatur County was officially created. The county was named after Stephen Decatur, a Navy officer who served in the War of 1812.
