NEWBURYPORT — The Newburyport Public Library’s elevator will be undergoing necessary non-emergency repairs beginning Monday, March 10. The elevator will be inaccessible for the duration of the work.

The Lancaster Public Library wants a county judge to order the Lancaster Parking Authority to repair an elevator so visitors who park in the Christian Street garage can enter the library directly.
