A suspect was taken into custody on Friday, March 14 after Huntington Hospital went on at least a partial lockdown following what was deemed to be a credible threat, officials said. The man was apprehended by 6:40 p.m., Pasadena city spokesperson Lisa Derderian said. The lockdown was expected to be lifted shortly after that.

City officials say that the man was a patient at the hospital earlier on Friday and made threats to staff, leading to his arrest.
