Download your X data from the Twitter app for Android or iOS Click your profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. Swipe down to Settings & Support on the menu that appears.

Much like using Google Takeout to store account data, it’s more than prudent to have a copy of your Twitter account history and information all stored in a safe place.
