If at least 300 kids complete the Library District's Summer Challenge 2023, Whitney Library branch manager Billy Allen will get dunked in the slime tank at a back-to-school resource fair on July 29.

"There's nothing better than thinking about ways to deliver slime, surprising celebrities and wowing the crowd," EP Jay Schmalholz tells THR. "We work all year-round to develop new sliming techniques.
