VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The U.S. Navy helped one father with a surprise homecoming in Virginia Beach. A Windsor Woods Elementary School girl hadn’t seen her father in nine months.

US Navy Lieutenant Omari Faulkner was reunited with his family on Sunday night at the Sixers game against the Jazz.
