The Steelers' T.J. Watt contract dilemma doesn't look like it'll be resolved any time soon — as insider Adam Schefter has provided a troubling update on the situation. On the July 8 edition of ESPN's Unsportsmanlike, Schefter revealed that Watt and the Steelers are still far apart in contract talks — as outside trade interest continues to rise:

The Washington Commanders begin training camp in three weeks, and star wide receiver Terry McLaurin has yet to receive a contract extension. McLaurin is entering the final year of a three-year extension he signed in 2022, worth $71 million. McLaurin is due to count $25.5 million against Washington's 2025 salary cap.
