'College GameDay' announces Week 10 destination, shunning SEC and Big Ten football venues
The SEC and Big Ten both offered "College GameDay" an appetizing option or two for its Week 10 destination. In the SEC, the Oklahoma Sooners are in Knoxville to face the Tennessee Volunteers in a de facto College Football Playoff elimination game at Neyland Stadium (6:30 p.m. CT, ABC).
Memphis could also jump back into the top 25 after beating No. 20 USF, one of the top Group of Five contenders for the College Football Playoff. The Tigers fell out of the poll after Week 8 due to being upset by UAB. Illinois and Arizona State are also set to fall out of the rankings, after falling to Washington and Houston, respectively.

Alabama heads into its second open week on a seven-game winning streak. Here's where the Crimson Tide sits in the latest college football rankings.
