At the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum in Cooperstown, the history of black baseball is on display. There are exhibits detailing the history of the Negro Leagues, Robinson breaking the color barrier, and black players of the modern era. Included is an exhibit that opened just last year called The Souls of the Game: Voices of Black Baseball.

The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum’s class of 2025 was announced this morning, ushering in six new members. They are set to be enshrined on June 7th in St Marys, Ontario.

Before they were major league standouts, players like Roger Clemens, Mark Teixeira and former Royals infielder Jeff King were college stars, and they’ll be honored in Overland Park on Thursday as members of the 2024 National College Baseball Hall of Fame class.
