A new poll surveying more than 900 registered and likely voters in Virginia shows Democrat Abigail Spanberger with a 12-point lead over Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears.
The figures are a continuation of the fundraising advantage Spanberger has consistently held throughout the election cycle. In September, Spanberger raised $12.6 million and ended the month with $5.4 million cash on hand. In contrast, Earle-Sears raised $9.1 million in September and ended the month with $1.6 million cash on hand.
