NEW ORLEANS — A Weather Impact Alert is in effect for Saturday. A surge of Gulf moisture has continued to increase across the Gulf Coast. Some dense fog is possible on Friday morning.

Sunday, we continue to see the winds lessen, although they’ll still be noticeable out of the west at 10-15mph with gusts to 30mph. Sun will give way to clouds as a disturbance passes by to our north.
