A church-based nonprofit in Des Moines will knock down a former Wells Fargo bank branch to make way for expansion of a seniors apartment complex.

“Lender failed to timely fund Borrower’s loan disbursement requests, causing significant and cascading delays in construction,” stated the suit, filed in June 2024, in state Superior Court in Newark.
