Tax attorney Isaac Stein is furloughed from IRS Chief Counsel’s office during the government shutdown, but he’s still working, spending his days manning Shyster’s Dogs, a D.C.-based hot dog cart.

Twenty restaurants and other food establishments scored 84 or below on their health inspections in October. That means they’ll get another visit from the county health department within 60 days.
