中国科大首次观测到原子共振荧光中的双光子纠缠
共振荧光是二能级系统在被共振激发时辐射的光场,是最基本的量子光源,也是量子光学领域的重要研究内容。理论研究表明,共振荧光中同时存在着弹性散射和非弹性散射两种成分,其中非弹性散射过程可以有两个光子参与,并且这两个光子处于能量-时间纠缠态。然而由于非弹性散射过程发生概率低,且受限于原子线宽窄、囚禁困难大以及荧光收集效率低等因素,原子共振荧光中的双光子纠缠现象尚未被实验所证实。
