Amid concerns over Harshit Rana’s fitness, the Indian team management has reportedly shortlisted Mohammed Siraj as his replacement for the 2026 T20 World Cup that gets underway from Saturday.

Rana sustained an injury to his joints while bowling during India's 30-run win at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

While Rana hasn't officially been ruled out of the showpiece yet, the Men in Blue would be pondering over a likely replacement for the seamer in case he is unavailable.
