Just days after Avelo Airlines announced it would be closing its base at the Hollywood Burbank Airport and ceasing operations on the West Coast, another budget airline announced it will take over many of Avelo’s abandoned routes.

The Texas-based budget carrier announced it will end all West Coast operations by early December due to financial reasons.

The budget airline has faced protests and calls for boycotts because of its contract to operate deportation flights.
