New residents have been flooding into the sprawling 700-acre Gates of St. John subdivision and other new neighborhoods in St. John, one of Indiana's fastest-growing municipalities.

While the company admitted no wrongdoing, three former executives, including the chief financial officer, have been named in connection to fraudulently inflating the value of one of its businesses.
