The owner of the Westfield Oakridge shopping center has struck a deal to sell the south San Jose regional mall, a deal that's part of a years-long strategy to slash the company's U.S. mall holdings.

BIG, one of the country’s leading mall developers said that average sales were NIS 150-200 ($41-55) per square meter on each of the first three days the Glilot shopping center was opened.
