SAM 3D家族包含两个新模型——SAM 3D Objects，用于物体和场景重建；以及SAM 3D Body，专注于人体，这两个模型均能够将静态2D图像转换为精细的3D重建模型。

SAM 3D Body主要针对单人处理，尚未支持多人或人与物体的交互预测，这限制了对相对位置和物理互动的准确推理。此外，其手部姿势的估计在精确度上仍落后于专门的手部姿势估计方法。
