裴晓菲介绍，2024年，生态环境部承办全国两会建议提案926件，其中人大建议521件，政协提案405件。承办总件数同比增长2.8%，主办件数同比增长17%。从建议提案的内容来看，代表委员对碳达峰碳中和领域的问题最为关注。此外，固体废弃物处置和资源化利用、新污染物治理、重点流域综合治理、重点行业废水监管、海洋垃圾治理、生物多样性和生态安全也是代表委员关心的重点。
