2025丘成桐中学科学奖由清华大学主办，丘成桐数学科学中心承办。今年，竞赛组委会在中国以及亚洲、北美洲设置了15个分赛区。10月-11月，分赛区经过初筛、函评、桌评、半决赛面试4轮评审，共评选出95支队伍进入全球总决赛，最终88支队伍将现场参赛，角逐数学、物理、化学、生物、计算机、经济金融建模奖六个学科的金、银、铜奖和优胜奖，以及跨学科的最高奖项——科学金奖。
