The Stockton community is still reeling after a mass shooting took the lives of four people, including three children. The violent crime happened during a child's birthday party. The victims were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21 years old. Eleven others were also hurt, including a 9-year-old child.

At least four people were killed and 10 others were wounded in a shooting at a family party in Stockton, California , on Nov. 29, according to local police.

The judge concluded the military takeover violates the Constitution and illegally intrudes on local officials' law enforcement authority.
