Indiana center Myles Turner was ruled out of the Pacers' Thursday road game against the Los Angeles Clippers after taking a blow to the face midway through the first quarter. Turner was inadvertently hit in the mouth by the left hand of teammate Bennedict Mathurin on a play near the Clippers' basket.
