Several inches of snow are expected to fall on Dec. 2 in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with freezing rain and iced-over roads in some areas.
Light lake-effect snow will fade Tuesday afternoon, but an arctic front will bring scattered snow showers, falling temperatures and single-digit wind chills to Northeast Ohio later this week.
On Tuesday at 11:54 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory in effect until 6 p.m. for Northern Wayne and Southern Wayne as well as Susquehanna, Lackawanna and Pike counties.
Temperature-wise for the month of November, Cleveland came in 2.7° below average. However, we also had below average precipitation.
