When Penny Layne and Shawm Murtha lost their pet goat, they became motivated to help those who suffer through a missing pet.

A Westmoreland County couple were distraught when their pet goat went missing and while the outcome was tragic, they took their pain and turned into inspiration. KDKA's Jessica Guay has the story.
