Dimensionally, the 2025 Audi A5 is larger than the car it replaces, and the automaker promises it will have a spacious interior. That’s good because the previous-generation A5 Sportback felt snug, especially in the cramped back seat.

Audi is replacing the A4 sedan, A4 Allroad wagon, and the A5 coupe and convertible with an A5 and S5 based on the current Sportback models.

Audi A5 is almost here, and when it arrives, the five-door "sedan" that replaces both the previous-generation A4 and A5 Sportback will split the price difference between both. Confirmed today via the automaker's website,
