据姜广智介绍，未来三年，北京计划为100个发展中国家城市提供数字基础设施规划咨询，培训100名城市数字治理官员，共建10个智慧教育、数字医疗示范项目。目前，联盟已与国际贸易中心、国际电信联盟、联合国减灾署对接，首批50名官员培训课程将于年内启动。
