Google has announced Privacy Sandbox, which removed tracking cookies in Chrome, is being discontinued in a major update.
This gradual switch meant that I was less overwhelmed by differences between the browser setups. Being dependent on routine to keep me focused means that switching things up is more difficult for me, especially when I’m stressed or have a lot of work. By spacing everything out, things went a lot more smoothly and didn’t affect my productivity.
Google has also provided Chrome for Android 141.0.7390.122, which fixes the same vulnerabilities as in the desktop versions. The Extended Stable Channel for Windows and macOS still contains Chromium version 140.0.7339.249. Google plans to release Chrome 142 on October 28th. A small group of users will receive the new version this evening.
