Disney has been hit with a class action lawsuit over its Disability Access Service pass that provides accommodations for guests with disabilities.

A proposed class action lawsuit has been filed against Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and Inspire Health Alliance over changes to the Disability Access Service (DAS) at Walt Disney World and Disneyland in 2024.

Classic films including “Dumbo” and “Peter Pan” will no longer autoplay warnings about racial stereotypes. It comes as Trump cracks down on diversity initiatives.

In addition to wording changes, the warnings will no longer autoplay at the beginning of movies such as “Dumbo” and “Peter Pan.”

Disney will update the 'It's a Small World' song with new lyrics inside Walt Disney's classic Disneyland boat ride, which Richard Sherman completed before his death in 2024.

The new lyrics for "It's a Small World" will officially begin playing at the Disneyland ride starting July 17 for the park's 70th anniversary.

It’s a Small World” just got a little bit bigger. Late last year Disney released a short film celebrating song’s 60th anniversary titled The Final Verse. It revealed that songwriter Richard Sherman had crafted a third verse to the classic tune and shared it with Disney CEO Bob Iger in 2023.
