Mark Sanfratello, now 72, was last seen with his girlfriend Teresa Peroni in July 1983. Her remains were found 14 years later in 1997. Hope Rowe, 33, was convicted of murdering Charlotte Lawlor in Stepney Green, east London. The incident occurred in Alvarado, Texas, on July 4.
Matthew Crowder was driving to work when he noticed that one family’s front yard “became a raging river.”
