OSHA是职业安全与健康管理局（Occupational Safety and Health Administratio）的英文缩写，是美国政府机构，负责制定并执行相关标准，以确保员工在安全、健康的环境中工作。 它隶属于美国劳工部（Department of Labor），成立的目的在于预防工作场所中的死亡和伤害事故。

据美国公民及移民服务局的数据显示，去年有超过 80万人获得美国公民身份 。至于新考试形式会影响多少人，移民局并未给出预估。对许多人来说，公民知识测试是整个漫长入籍流程中最后、也是最令人紧张的关卡。
