2025年1月1日 · Each group spent approximately 4 hours driving their route and met in Bickelton. This survey was done primarily by 3 SCI chapters with the locations of antelope to be shared with WDFW whom I believe will do an airiel survey at some point. Our groups found 183 antelope. With a high buck to doe/fawn ratio.

2024年12月30日 · All of the antelope came from Nevada whom were very good to work with..we did 3 transplants over a 4 yr period..Did 100 on 2 of the relocations and 50 on the last one as the Colville Nation beat us over and took a few extra cutting back on what we could have.

2013年7月3日 · Antelope are fairly small critters with light bone structure. You don't have a lot of meat to start with. The last thing you want is a light bullet that is going to fragment and ruin more meat. Any decent hunter can get with 300 yards of an antelope, and you'll likely have breezy conditions during your hunt. Go with the 130 grain bullet.

2024年10月23日 · My hunt objectives this year were to look for a nice buck antelope, and also some whitetail does for meat. The private property I am fortunate to hunt has an abundance of whitetail deer with strict limits on how many can be taken; I was able to take four to fill our freezer. In 2023 I remarked that I had never seen Wyoming greener.

2008年10月31日 · Question. How do you remove the horns off an antelope so you can preserve the flesh underneath? The goats I have killed before werelate in the season so the horns just pulled off. This one i got now was early in the season so the horns are stuck on good. It's been in the freezer since the kill in early Oct. Thanks for the advice. Roger

2024年6月18日 · Will be interesting to see what the preference point pool was like after the special app price explosion. I have 7 antelope points and put in for a 100% draw at 7 last year. I didn't expect to draw as I figured normal point creep would take it to 8, but very curious what the final point pool looked liked.

2024年6月26日 · Then between the yellow lines my antelope says Successful, Then below it there is another yellow line that separates and the Swan permit says unsuccessful but below that there is a sentence that says "you have no unsuccessful drawings for 2024. So Im assuming I drew the antelope and the swans have not been drawn yet.

2017年6月22日 · Antelope know vehicles mean trouble, and get extremely nervous when doors open. If you see a buck that looks really good from the truck, keep driving until out of sight, then leave the vehicle and make a stalk back using topography to hide and get in range.
