Ubisoft has already pledged support for Just Dance 2017 on the Nintendo Switch, and has said multiple times how easy developing for the Nintendo Switch (or during the time of them saying this, the Nintendo NX) really is.

Watch_Dogs 1 and 2 (and almost certainly 3 as well) already only run at 30fps on console, so to get it on Switch they'd have to cut back the graphics settings massively and you'd still only get about 15fps, which is generally considered unplayable.
