ALL spots are dangerous in big surf, some more unforgiving than others. If you are struggling to get outside, you're probably better off NOT making it out. 2010年11月28日 · I'm 47 and am looking at BOTH knees getting worked on. Multiple surguries from both surfing and motorcycle racing incidents. I know that I am bone on bone in my right knee. What I miss is trunking it in summer. I'll wear a 2mm shorty full, just for the knee support. I've tried braces, but it feels like there is drag while paddling.

2024年9月13日 · 90% of SoCal comps are at Oside Pier, S Jetty, Salt Creek or HB Pier. Even the OC middle and HS comps are in Oside. There are some weekends where kids are surfing a school heat at S Jetty and then sprinting to the pier for an NSSA heat. it’s out of hand. Id think the bigger gripe on the NS would just be the crushing crowds in general.

2017年1月26日 · Surfing was something I still could do and it caught me heart and soul... again. It felt/ feels sooooo good to be in the water, to share the experience with friends, to be picked up by the hand of Neptune and pushed forwards, to feel the board come alive beneath your feet to paddle your heart out and finally make it behind those sand banks.
