It really just requires a CD or USB with Windows 7 on it, and the NVMe drivers on a separate medium. No cloning or fancy 3rd party tools to prepare the mediums are needed. Carefully read through sections 5.1 and 5.1.1 and Appendix D in this white paper .

2022年6月4日 · Nvidia literally makes Windows 7 drivers for the 3090 TI. I have gotten it to run on Alder Lake with a 1660 Super (which also just had new drivers come for Windows 7 on the 14th of May). The compatibility of 7 will fall over time, but for now I will say it is 90% compatible with all software and drivers.

2020年8月20日 · Issues with Windows 7. Screen capture when Aero is enabled limits your desktop compositing to 30FPS. NVIDIA and AMD have discontinued drivers and only will provide security updates. Windows 7 is only getting more unsupported as the days go by. DirectX 12 is supported but only in a few games. Most games are dropping support entirely.

2022年7月24日 · Make your pen drive by rufus of windows 7. Make sure you select GPT and uefi. Then load up your usb on the tool I previously mentioned. Then tick the boxes of add usb 3 support and nvme drive support. It will take about 20 minutes. Then voila, windows 7 will work on your pc. for drivers I cant help you so on that account you are on your own.

2023年3月8日 · Windows cannot verify the digital signature. I just completed a reinstall from win7 ultimate and updated everything. Had no issues with the nvidia drivers that came with win7. Any advice? Edit---- I rolled 1 version back of the drivers and they work without problems. Guess they never certified their last drivers for win7 or left it in beta.

Once installed there will be a folder on the desktop called "CustomWindows" which houses, mostly importantly, drivers for different hardware on Windows 7.
