Ripple has early corporate investors, esteemed names like Accenture and CME, who own shares in the company (yes, an actual security!), and therefore de facto own a lot of xrp. The incentives here are aligned such that a) xrp is central to Ripple’s strategy and b) an organically higher xrp value will eventually follow if Ripple is successful.
