Of SEPTA’s 13 Regional Rail lines, the shortest trip is the Cynwyd Line, with 22 minutes from beginning to Suburban Station, according to timetables on SEPTA’s website. The longest trip is on the Wilmington/Newark Line, with a ride of an hour and 27 minutes to Suburban Station from the outermost stop.

SEPTA has been converting all of their lines to rule 562 operation and commercial power feed for the signals. There are teething problems with the new system, and if the commercial feed goes down so do the signals. The signal power outage on the airport and Wilmington line was part of the larger event of strong storms and downed trees.
