In fact, it’s really rare for that to happen, and when it does, labour usually doesn’t start right away. If your water does break, you might feel a big gush, a slow leak or something in between. Some women feel/hear a big POP. The amount of fluid varies because the baby’s head can sometimes be in a position that doesn’t let out a lot of fluid. ⁣
