Hearing Wednesday to determine new execution date for Robert Roberson
Last October, Robert Roberson was set to be the first person in the U.S. to be put to death for a murder conviction tied to "shaken baby syndrome," which his legal team believes is junk science. His execution never happened because of delays made by state lawmakers. The Attorney General's Office is asking for a new execution date of Oct. 16.
