This is the heart-stopping moment a temporary steel frame collapsed onto a car in Malaysia on Tuesday (Nov 18). The female driver was reportedly unharmed and rescued by members of the public before authorities arrived on the scene at Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) near the Batu Caves. The scaffolding was part of construction works on the East Coast Rail Link.
