Here’s the sensoji temple praying instruction: 1.Purify yourself at the water basin adjacent to the main hall. 2.Wash both hands, then pour water into your left hand to rinse your mouth, don’t spit into the clean water of course 3. Rinse the ladle handle by tilting it vertically before returning it. 4.Once you’re in the main hall, you can gently toss a 5 or 10 yen coin into the box, bring your palms together and wish in silence. #asakusa #t
